We just went to eat somewhere from roadfood (a roadtripper's guide to good eating) where the woman hugs every customer
She was closing but she hugged us anyway and gave us two huge pieces of cake for free
Now we are at a famous ribs place that says: not since adam has a rib been this famous.
There is a line so we are waiting outside sipping a fat tire beer but we can smell the ribs so delicious

Midnight. Nashville.
Honky Tonk isn't hard to find... So many people, so many cars, streets blocked all over. It's bustling. And finally we realise why; the Country Music Festival is in town! And we're clearly the only ones who don't know about it. Women in cowboy boots, men in cowboys hats, the accent tops it off...we're in the south! Yihaaa
Bars and record stores all around, we walk into Legends Corner. Funky collection of guitars, y'all will have to see the pictures for that.. Moving on. We relocate to what we're told is a country musician hotspot, the Tin Roof. We walk in to find an amateur band blasting 'Summer of 69' (yay) who wrapped up their show with the guitarist pulling off the strings of his guitar one by one and then smashing the guitar against the stage. Quite fun to watch. We meet a fellow Rhode Islander, Isa gets told she's a Drew Barrymore lookalike, drink some local beer and go off to find somewhere to sleep! Won't go into more detail but let's just say we never thought we'd miss williamsburg's motel 6..!
